剛換新工作~資金課成員反應~

開立IAC 時會直接授權完成~但又不是每個輸入成員都會發生此情形~

造成每次上面管理層都誤會他們...上線一年多到現在已經發生好幾次了~

這周又再次發生~請我這個新任的幫忙看看~

追查檢查結果如下~

該筆資料IAC interaccount transfer ,追查程式處理方式~系統參數interaccount transfer 啟用自動授權,因此輸入完成有可能就會一條路通到底~自動授權完成囉~

補充

補充完整點~ Settlements: Automatically Authorize Interaccount Transfers 官方文件說明如下;

 

Settlements: Automatically Authorize Interaccount Transfers Yes or No Determines whether inter-account transfers are manually or automatically authorized. If set to Yes, the system automatically authorizes inter-account transfers for settlement. If set to No, you must manually authorize inter-account transfers for settlement.

 

但我追查程式有再進一步看到一些資訊,是文件沒寫的.

 

舉例: IAC 系統自動授權設為Yes.

狀況A: ADA 含有輸入,驗證 權限

狀況B: SHARON 含有輸入,無驗證 權限

 

狀況A路徑: ADA 擁有輸入->驗證 權限,所以他一但存檔,就視同驗證完成,再加上自動授權啟用,因此一條路通到底直接授權完成

狀況B路徑: SHARON 擁有輸入但無驗證權限,所以他一但存檔,驗證必須是不同人員進行,所以自動授權無效
